HELPING YOUR CHILDREN DISCOVER THEIR AWESOME!
Being in middle school is simultaneously a super exciting time and an often-nerve-racking time – for both parent or guardian and child. Your not-so-little one is growing so fast, learning new things, making new friends and is figuring out what makes them unique. It's like a big adventure for the entire family.
The Pathfinder program is here to guide them through three years that will have immense changes from biological, psychological, neurological and physiological perspectives. We can nerd out more about that by clicking here🤯. For now, just understand that we want to take the next three years and help your young folks gain a much more lucid about that formative years. We help clear up the confusion and give them a chance to gain a more lucid grasp on who they are and about what motivates them to be their best selves. Through uncovering their own vibration - their C.L.E.F. - we will help them build the fundamental skills, mindset and resilience needed to be confident in their being.
Find out more about the inner workings of C.L.E.F. here.
In short C.L.E.F. represents our four pillars of personal growth:
Consciousness: Building self-awareness and understanding their values and goals.
Liveliness: Developing physical and mental vitality to stay energized and engaged.
Evolvement: Encouraging continuous growth and adaptability.
Fortitude: Cultivating resilience to overcome challenges and bounce back stronger.
This framework is the foundation of a program that helps all of us live a balanced, fulfilling life while making a meaningful impact with our communities.

The Pathfinders program is a journey designed to last three years, giving your middle schooler a chance to grow with a supportive group of friends. Each year has two six-month sessions that include personal growth gained through an intensive and intentional introspective venture that we call Project V.I.B.E. – more on this later.
While it's designed as a three-year adventure, we get that life happens! Middle schoolers can join for one session, a few sessions, or all six.
What Happens Each Year?
Group Involvements: Your middle schooler will be part of a cohort - no more than 21 children total. This helps us break up smaller groups for more focused activities and discussions.
Personal Growth: The Pathfinders will explore their histories, immediate and extended families, their strengths, weaknesses, values, fears and leadership skills through group coaching, fun activities and discussing what they've learned. To build trust, it's important that what they share with us stays just with us, unless it's something about their safety. We'll help create a safe space for everyone to share and learn. While their journey is their own, we'll keep you updated on their progress and how you can support them at home. Your middle schooler will sign a group agreement to help create a space and atmosphere conducive to self-discovery and growth. While their journey is their own, we’ll provide regular updates on their progress and how you can best support their growth at home.
Each 6-month session ends with Project V.I.B.E. where kids work solo or together to create something each will present to the cohort and their families – and will undoubtedly be something that will help them learn more about themselves.
Project V.I.B.E – stands for:
o Vision → Gaining reflective and contemplative clarity.
o Intention → Purposeful action.
o Blueprint → The forming or continued growth of their CLEF
o Expression → Through a medium of their choosing (book, song, music, acting, painting, tec.)
By the time they finish the program (or even just one session!), they will have completed an awesome project, made great connections and most importantly they will be well on their journey to building conviction and trust that they can depend on their own resources, skills and judgment to solve problems, achieve goals and navigate challenges without needing constant external support or validation.
INDEPENDENCE …. SELF-SUFFICIENCY …. INITIATIVE …. RESPONSIBILITY
Even one session makes a huge difference!
Even if your middle schooler joins for just one session, they'll gain:
Cool Life Skills: They'll learn things like how to handle stress, set goals, and work well with others – tools they can use right away!
More Confidence: Each session helps them understand themselves better, become more resilient, and learn to adapt to challenges.
Community Experience: The "vibe project" teaches them how good it feels to give back and how even small actions can make a big difference.
Each session is a complete experience on its own, so your middle schooler will benefit whether they do one or many!
Your middle schoolers are at an exciting time in their lives. They're bodies and a minds are figuring out who they every day because they’re changing every day. This program gives them the skills and experiences to:
Discover a sense of self.
Develop followership skills, leadership skills and learn to work in a team.
Learn to better handle challenges and bounce back stronger.
Contribute to their immediate community and leave a positive mark.
Make great friends with other kids in the program.
This is more than just a program; it's an investment in their future!

How Do you work with other or existing support systems?
Our vibration - scientifically speaking, our biofield - is our body's natural energetic state, which influences how we perceive and interact with our environment, allowing us to sense subtle changes, navigate our surroundings, and even communicate with others. “While the term “biofield” itself is fairly new (coined in 1992 at a National Institutes of Health meeting), discussion on the importance and role of consciousness, energy, and information to create and guide emotional, mental, and physical functioning has been described by numerous diverse cultures and used in medical systems for thousands of years.” - Jain 2015. Here are a few studies covering vibration as it relates to us.
Do you work with kids with adhd, anxiety or depression?
Our program is about curiosity and exploration. We help facilitate the power in the young folks to gain more self-lucidity as a means of helping them understand the why behind actions, an understanding that leads to navigating each day with more intention and purpose. We’re not here to “start over” or “reset.” There’s nothing broken to fix, only potential to uncover.
What happens if my child is resistant to being in the program?
The LLA and therapy both aim to support children, but the focus and goals differ. Therapy centers on healing emotional pain, processing the past and managing mental health conditions to improve overall quality of life and develop coping skills. In contrast, the LLA emphasizes taking action, envisioning a bright future and enhancing day-to-day functioning. Our goals include building self-esteem, cultivating self-awareness, and strengthening organizational skills.
how do you incorporate parents into the program?
Our program enhances your children’s educational and therapeutic journey. We do not replace anything. Rather, we offer an additional layer of support and growth giving them a more holistic lens through which they can navigate daily life. We help teens gain deeper self-awareness, equipping them to thrive in their personal goals, relationships, academics, athletics community involvement and more.
To be clear, we’re not therapists. But our protocols cater to both task-oriented learners, who thrive on structure and goals, and relationship-oriented learners, who excel through connection and collaboration. By fostering understanding through proactive strategies, we help children build momentum, even when motivation feels out of reach.
Young folks thrive in the LLA programs when there is buy-in to the possibility of transformation. We meet participants exactly where they are, respecting their unique starting points. What matters to your child? What do they want to get out of today? We understand that sometimes the timing or fit might not align, and we’re open to discussing that if it happens. We’re here to have an open and honest conversation if that’s the case.
Parents and guardians are essential partners in this process. We believe in genuine teamwork, providing you with clear, actionable insights into what’s working while respecting your teen’s trust in the cohort’s privacy and your unique understanding of your child. Your insights are invaluable, so if you notice something positive - or have any concerns - please share them with us. Together, we’ll create a supportive environment that cultivates growth and connection.
